No. The score measures whether an engine can read, trust and quote the page. Whether it chooses to depends on the question, the competition and the day. Fix the failed checks, then track the prompts to see whether the engines noticed.
The tool only fetches public http(s) pages on standard ports, follows at most three redirects, and refuses private networks. A page behind a login, a bot-blocking CDN rule, or a very slow server will fail. Try the canonical URL of a public page.
