Subprocessors

helloAISearch is operated by PulseSpark AI LLC. To run the Service we rely on a small number of other companies, called subprocessors, that handle data on our behalf and under our instructions.
This page lists every one of them, what each is for, and what it actually receives. It is the list referenced by section 4 of our Privacy Policy. We will update this page as providers change.
Infrastructure
Database and authentication for the Service.
Everything you store in helloAISearch: your account record and email address, projects, competitors, tracked prompts, scans, and results.
Hosting and delivery of the web application.
Request metadata, including your IP address, and server logs.
Hosting for our scan workers and job queue.
Prompt text and scan results while a scan is running, and worker logs.
Business operations
Payment processing and subscription billing.
Name, email address, billing address, and invoice history. Card numbers are sent to Stripe directly by your browser and are never received or stored by us.
Delivery of transactional and notification email.
Your email address and the contents of the message we are sending you. Resend does not receive your prompts, scan results, or billing details.
Analytics and diagnostics
Product analytics inside the application. Runs in a restricted, cookieless mode until you accept analytics.
Product usage events, device and browser information, an account identifier, and your IP address.
Traffic measurement on our marketing pages. Not loaded at all until you accept analytics.
Page views, device and browser information, and your IP address.
Error monitoring and diagnostics. Necessary to keep the Service working, so it is not covered by the analytics choice.
Error reports, browser and device information, your IP address, and masked session replays captured only when an error occurs.
AI providers
Generates the ChatGPT responses we scan for your brand.
The prompt text and brand context you ask us to track.
Generates the Claude responses we scan for your brand.
The prompt text and brand context you ask us to track.
Generates the Gemini responses we scan for your brand.
The prompt text and brand context you ask us to track.
Generates the Perplexity responses we scan for your brand.
The prompt text and brand context you ask us to track.
About the AI providers
Sending your prompts to these four companies is the core function of helloAISearch: we ask each engine the questions you choose to track, and record whether it mentions your brand. There is no way to use the Service without this transfer taking place, which is why we name the providers rather than describing them generically.
Each provider processes what it receives under its own privacy policy and its own terms. We do not send them your name, email address, billing details, or credentials.
Training and benchmarks
Our own use of prompts and scan results to improve helloAISearch, including model training and benchmark development, is described in sections 3 and 5 of the Privacy Policy. You can exclude your account from that work at any time in Settings → Account → Data use. That choice does not change the list above, because the providers above are needed to operate the Service itself.
