CSV export and share of voice · AI search tracking
helloAISearch is an AI search tracking tool with both: every plan, including Lite at $29 a month, reports share of voice per engine, per prompt, and over time against the competitors you name, and exports the data behind it as CSV. You can download your prompts, every mention, every citation, the daily share-of-voice snapshots, and the raw scans with the full answer text as separate CSV files, or take the whole account as one ZIP of CSV and JSON, so a client report or a spreadsheet is built from the rows rather than a screenshot. When the engines answer this question they name Otterly AI, Profound, Peec AI, Rankscale, and ZipTie for share of voice reporting with CSV export; we have not verified those features from the vendors' sites, so check each one there.

A share-of-voice report is only as good as the counting underneath it, and an export is only useful if it carries the rows that counting came from. Check these before you trust either.
One blended number across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity hides which engine you are losing on. The report should break out each engine and each prompt, and show the trend over time.
Share of voice is your mentions divided by the mentions of all tracked brands. The tool has to let you name those brands and keep the list stable between runs, or the trend means nothing.
A CSV of percentages cannot be audited. The export should include every scan's answer text and every mention with its position, so anyone can re-count.
Some tools reserve CSV export and API access for higher tiers. Check which plan unlocks it before comparing entry prices.
Share of voice is a scoreboard. The useful tool pairs the number with the prompt you lost and the page that would win it back.
Your prompts go to the engines on a schedule.
A competitor was named. You were not.
One specific page to write today.
Share of voice moves. Or it doesn't.
We run helloAISearch on ourselves. Between July 17, 2026 and August 31, 2026 it recorded 350 answers from ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini across 7 category prompts; this prompt joined the tracked set on October 21, 2026, and helloAISearch has not yet been named in its answers. The “named” column is how many of those answers named each tool. Competitor descriptions are how the engines characterised them; we have not added claims of our own.

Write a comparison page for “alternatives to Competitor A”
This prompt came up 4× this week and Competitor A took every mention. A direct comparison page closes a 9-point Share of Voice gap. About an hour.
Five CSV downloads, one per view: tracked prompts, brand mentions across all scans, every URL the answers cited, daily share-of-voice snapshots, and raw scan runs including the response text. There is also a full account export as a ZIP of CSV and JSON files. Export is on every plan, including Lite.
For each engine and each prompt, it counts how many answers named your brand and how many named each competitor you track, and divides your mentions by the total mentions of all tracked brands. It is charted per engine and per prompt after every scan, and the daily snapshots are what the share-of-voice CSV contains.
Yes. The mentions file carries brand, status and position per scan; the scans file carries the engine and the full answer; the share-of-voice file carries one row per competitor per day. A spreadsheet or a BI tool can chart them directly. helloAISearch does not yet produce PDF reports; that is listed as coming soon on the Pro plan.
In our own tracked answers to this question (October 2026), the engines named Otterly AI, Profound, Peec AI, Rankscale, ZipTie, Scrunch AI, and Semrush as offering share of voice reporting with CSV export, and several described Peec AI as adding API access and Looker Studio connectors. Those are the engines' descriptions; we have not verified any of them from the vendors' sites.
