The status label files a lead-position mention as recommended, the same way a product scan does, but the citation count is tracked separately: any answer in which a URL follows your name counts, whatever its label. So an answer can be both recommended and cited, and the per-prompt row shows both.

For a bare shortlist prompt, often. Engines cite more for how-to and comparison questions than for “best X”. A 0% over three prompts today is a reason to try prompts that ask for evidence and to track them, not a verdict on the brand.
