No. helloAISearch does not track Copilot yet; it is on the roadmap, and every result on this page says so. The tool asks Claude and uses that answer as a proxy for whether an assistant names you. The free trial runs ChatGPT and Gemini; paid plans add Claude, and Studio and up add Perplexity.
Copilot answers from Bing's index. If your robots.txt blocks Bingbot, your pages are not in that index and Copilot cannot name or cite them, whatever the other engines say. The AI robots.txt checker reads your file and reports which crawlers, Bingbot included, are allowed.
As a read on whether your brand is namable for a prompt, yes: the engines draw on overlapping sources. As a read on Copilot specifically, no, which is why the page labels it a proxy and why Copilot is on the roadmap rather than in the product today.
